Our prices include selection of your ideal therapist (someone you vibe with), discretion to participate without standards of care required by insurance (like a diagnosis), coordination of care with other parties (like attorneys, psychiatrists, and schools), direct therapist contact between sessions (message or email), 24/7 online scheduling and client portal.

We are eager to work with women who see the themselves as we do—valuable.

Pre-licensed Therapist

Individual Therapy sessions with a pre-licensed therapist for 50-minute sessions. A pre-licensed therapist has a graduate degree and is accumulating supervised experience towards licensure. A significant accomplishment!

Individual Therapy sessions with a licensed therapist for 50-minute sessions. Our licensed therapists have been working independently for 6+ years in the field of mental health.

Couples Therapy Pricing

Pre-licensed Therapist

Couples Therapy sessions with a pre-licensed therapist for 50-minute sessions. Our therapist is trained in the Gottman method, which is an internationally renowned, scientifically informed method for healing relationships.

Associated Fees

Our therapists use a dynamic assessment approach that includes an assessment for each partner from the experts with 40+ years experience in couple’s therapy. Each assessment is $45 per couple and provides information to target areas of change, goals, and interventions.

Individual Supervision

Provided for 60 minutes or as indicated. Every supervision includes case consultation, educational materials, direct supervisor contact in between meetings, and documentation review

 

Immigration Psychological Evaluations

All evaluations include 2 interviews and a detailed written report (12-15 pages) provided directly to you and your attorney. The reports are typically ready for you within 2-3 weeks of your last interview.

Note: Expedited options are available (within 7 days), for an additional $200 fee.

Triadic Supervision

Provided for 60 minutes or as indicated for no more than 2 supervisees. Every supervision includes case consultation, educational materials, direct supervisor contact in between meetings, and documentation review.

 

Group Supervision

Provided for 120 minutes or as indicated for no more than 6 supervisees. Every supervision includes case consultation, educational materials, direct supervisor contact in between meetings, and documentation review.

During your session, we will work collaboratively, to set a detailed plan for your success. Every service includes 60 minutes of live demonstration, material review, and 1:1 talk time where I answer any questions you may have.

We choose to be full service with our billing process so you’ll want to pay us.

HOW IT WORKS

 

  1. Fees Are Determined

 

Your share of costs will be determined in advance, so charges are predictable and never surprising. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due in full on the day of your scheduled service. For Individual Therapy and Clinical Supervision, fees occur per scheduled service (i.e. weekly). For our Immigration Evaluations, fees occur at a flat rate (i.e. one-time payments). Payment plans must be discussed in advance.

 

Fees are Paid Upfront

 

All accounts are enrolled in auto-pay, so your share of cost will be automatically debited on the day of the scheduled sessions. You will not need to manually pay any invoices. Any reimbursement from a third party happens after we have received payment in full.

 

3. Receive Documentation

 

Invoices are generated automatically and can be found in your client portal or sent via email. It couldn’t be easier. If you require a Superbill for your insurance, one will be sent to you instantly. If we are submitting any insurance claims on your behalf, no billing action is necessary. 

FAQs

  • We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid paying for 100% of the unused time. You can request to reschedule within the same week, for no additional fees. If you choose not to reschedule your service that week, we will debit 100% of the scheduled session fee from the card on file. There is no fee for services canceled more than 24 hours in advance

  • Yes. We participate in most insurances as an Out of Network (OON) provider. We can call your insurance, verify any benefits you may have, and bill them for you. We will outline what your share of costs are and give you dollar amounts of reimbursement expected, based on your plan coverage. Please note, we are not In-Network (INN) with any primary insurance. You may also opt for a Superbill and complete your own insurance billing, if you want, and as required by some insurers.

  • Yes, in special circumstances. We maintain a certain number of pro-bono and reduced fee slots for Individual Therapy and Immigration Evaluations. This should be discussed with a staff member when booking the consultation.
